What is Order Care? +
Order Care is an order-tracking service that participating stores use to give their customers a single page to follow an order. We are not the store you purchased from and we are not a shipping carrier — your order details are provided to us by the store, and the estimated timeline reflects typical shipping times the merchant provides. For refunds, changes, or questions about your purchase, contact the store's support email shown on your order confirmation.
Are the timeline stages real-time carrier scans? +
Not always. Before a carrier tracking number is issued, the stages shown are estimates of the typical journey for orders like yours, based on timelines provided by the merchant. Once a carrier scans your package, real tracking details appear alongside. Your order number, order date, items, and destination are always your actual order information as provided by the store.
How do I search for my order? +
You can search using your email address (the one you used when placing the order), your order number (found in your confirmation email), or your carrier tracking number (provided by the shipping company). Any of these will pull up your order details and delivery status.
Why hasn't my tracking status updated? +
It can be completely normal. Tracking updates depend on the carrier scanning your parcel at each checkpoint. Delays of 24 to 72 hours between scans are common, especially during transit between sorting facilities or during peak shipping seasons. If your status hasn't changed in more than 5 business days, contact the store you ordered from or reach out to us at help@theordercare.com.
My package shows delivered but I haven't received it. +
This sometimes happens when the carrier marks a package as delivered slightly before the actual drop-off, or if it was left with a neighbour, at a pickup point, or in a safe place. Check around your delivery area and wait 24 hours. If the package still doesn't turn up, contact the store you ordered from to open an investigation with the carrier. You can also email us at help@theordercare.com and we'll do our best to help.
When can I request a refund? +
Our policy prioritizes a successful delivery. If your order is delayed, our team will first arrange a complimentary replacement shipment. If the replacement also fails to arrive within 45 days of the original order date, a full refund will be issued automatically. No action required on your end. Most cases resolve well before that window. If you have any questions, email help@theordercare.com.

Yes. All lookups are secure and encrypted. We never store your email or order data beyond your current session.
